If you wish to return eligible products for any reason, you may send them back to us within <strong>30 days from the invoice date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For your convenience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have up to <strong>30 days from the invoice date<\/strong> to return eligible merchandise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do <strong>not charge a restocking fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do <strong>not require return authorization in advance<\/strong>, although contacting us by email is helpful if you have questions about your return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURN INSTRUCTIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please include <strong>a copy of your invoice<\/strong> in the return package, or include a note with your:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>telephone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number or invoice number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If possible, please also include a short explanation for the return. This is not required, but your feedback helps us better understand customer needs and improve our products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your <strong>original method of payment<\/strong>. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds apply only to qualifying returned items that meet the return conditions described in this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POLICY RESTRICTIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by <strong>calmherbs.ca<\/strong>, such as the wrong item being sent or the item arriving damaged due to our handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a package is refused or is non-deliverable and returned to us, it may be treated as a return. Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, unless the return is due to an error by <strong>calmherbs.ca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not able to guarantee <strong>product exchanges<\/strong> or <strong>store credits<\/strong>. Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returned items must be in their <strong>original, undamaged packaging<\/strong>, and refunds will be issued only for the <strong>unused portion<\/strong> of the product returned, where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> accept returns on products that have been <strong>mixed or blended with other ingredients<\/strong>, as this prevents us from assessing the original product condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are purchasing bulk ingredients for formulations, blends, or recipes, please inspect your materials carefully before combining them with other ingredients. We strongly recommend testing a small batch first if you have any concerns about how an ingredient may perform in your intended use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> accept returns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>clearance items<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>opened bottles of essential oils<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>opened herbal extracts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products with <strong>broken tamper-evident seals<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products that have been <strong>mixed, altered, or contaminated after delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products returned outside the <strong>30-day return window<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do <strong>not<\/strong> send back products that do not meet the return criteria above, as we will not be able to issue a refund for non-qualifying items. We may also be unable to return those items to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order is delivered to a freight forwarder or another third-party shipping service chosen by you, then you or that third party becomes responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to that forwarding address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>calmherbs.ca<\/strong> is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, or quality concerns that arise after delivery to a freight forwarder or after the goods leave Canada through a third-party forwarding service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that <strong>calmherbs.ca<\/strong> may not be able to provide a replacement or refund for goods delivered to a freight forwarder, or for issues reported after the package has been forwarded outside Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DISCREPANCIES, SHORTAGES, AND DAMAGED ITEMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives with any discrepancy, shortage, damage, or broken merchandise, please contact us <strong>as soon as possible<\/strong> at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@calmherbs.ca\">info@calmherbs.ca<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All discrepancies, shortages, damaged merchandise, and return requests must be reported within <strong>30 days of the invoice date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests for compensation, replacement, or other remediation made after <strong>30 days from the invoice date<\/strong> may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
